You handle the guests. Let us handle the building.
Maintenance is the least profitable, most time-consuming, and most reputation-damaging part of a management portfolio. It's the only thing we do.
Maintenance is where management contracts get lost.
Owners rarely leave a manager over pricing strategy. They leave over the feeling that nobody is looking after their building.
Guest communication scales beautifully. Maintenance doesn't — it's the line item that eats margin, generates the after-hours calls, and produces the owner conversation that starts with "I was up there last weekend and…"
StayReady runs underneath your management relationship, not against it. You keep the owner, the listing, the revenue, and the relationship. We produce the documented, scheduled condition record that makes you look like you have infrastructure — because you do.
Two structures
Portfolio coverage
You contract StayReady across your managed properties at a portfolio rate. We report to you; you present the condition reports to your owners under your own relationship. Volume pricing starts at five properties.
Best for managers who want maintenance as an operational capability without hiring for it.
Owner-direct referral
Your owner contracts with us directly and you're copied on every report. You carry no cost, no liability, and no scheduling burden — and you get visibility into building condition without owning the problem.
Best for managers whose agreements already exclude preventive maintenance.
We do not compete with you. StayReady does not manage listings, set pricing, communicate with guests, handle bookings, or accept management engagements. If an owner asks us to manage their property, we refer them to a manager — and you're on that list.
Four things that show up in owner reviews
Fewer emergencies
Issues surface on a schedule rather than at 11pm in August, when nobody is available and everything costs double.
Documented condition
Dated photos and scores that settle damage disputes, support claims, and end the "it was like that when I arrived" conversation.
Owner retention
A quarterly condition report in an owner's inbox is the single most reassuring artifact in this business. It's also the one most managers can't produce.
Your cleaners protected
Turnover staff stop being the default reporters of building problems, and stop absorbing blame for issues that were never theirs.
Let's talk about your portfolio.
Tell us how many properties you manage and where they sit. We'll be straight about whether we have the zone capacity to serve them well.
