Privacy notice
Plain language, because you shouldn't need a lawyer to read a privacy page.

What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email, phone number, property address and details, and anything you write in a message field. If you consent to texts, we record that consent. Our host keeps standard server logs, and we may use basic, aggregate website analytics.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, schedule and perform service, keep your property's condition and asset records, and send you the seasonal readiness emails if you asked for them.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We don't share your property details with contractors beyond what a specific job requires, and only with your approval.
Who else touches it
Service providers who help us operate — website hosting and forms, email delivery, scheduling and reporting software, and payment processing. Each handles it only to provide that service. We never see or store full payment card numbers.
Text messages
Texts are only sent if you opt in. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records: two years from last contact. Client service and property records: for the duration of service and seven years afterward, so your property's history stays intact and to meet business record requirements. If your service ends, your complete property file is yours on request.
Your choices
Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of anything we aren't required to keep. Email dana@stayreadywi.com and we'll respond within thirty days.
Children
This site isn't directed to anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we'll update the date below and, for active clients, say so by email.
